Format and Structure of Valorant Champions Tour 2025
With the inclusion of APEKS (EMEA), Boom Esports and Nongshim RedForce (Pacific), XLG Esports (CN), and 2GAME Esports (Americas), each league will have twelve teams for the upcoming season.
Riot will choose the leading teams for the 2025 season by sending the top two teams from each division straight to Masters Bangkok.
Following Masters Bangkok, we will enter the first of two International League stages. The top three teams from each League’s Stage One Playoff will compete in Masters Toronto. Following Maters Toronto, we will have the International League Stage Two. The top two clubs from each League’s Stage Two Playoff, plus two additional teams based on Championship Points, will secure a spot in Champions Paris.

Championship Points will be distributed throughout all stages and events, as was done previous season. The idea is to make sure that every facet of the season is high stakes and important. To accomplish this, improvements will be made, such as deeper point allocation at Masters and Playoffs, as well as making stages self-contained, allowing all teams to start fresh mid-season.
